Please accept our most heartfelt
condolences and deepest sympathy. We did not know
Jerry, but we understand that he was a very talented
and extremely special person. Although your lives
have changed dramatically now that he is gone, remember
that his life has just begun.
Sincerely,

Dear
Maryann and Family,
It is when we experience unexpected
loss that Jesus BEGS us to continue to Love Him, continue
to Trust His Ways, and to Lean on Him for unfathomable
Comfort. You are in my prayers.
Sincerely,
Nancy M Maciaszek

Ann, Jimmy, Heather, family, we were at church yesterday
and during communion my daughter Quincy leaned over
and said a prayer with me for all of you and Jay.
I will miss him terribly. Jay was such an inspiration
to everyone. Even when all the cards seemed stacked
against him he always had a plan, he was always looking
forward. We've been friends for a long time, and I
look forward to the day when we'll meet again.
Till we meet again my friend, know
that we'll miss you and think of you often.
Jay
was one of My best friends, He was one of the most
genuine, giving people I have ever met. Although his
passing will leave a gap in me, I have gained so very
much from knowing him. Being his friend has helped
to make me a better person, and I'll never forget
him.
Jeremiah
was truly one of kind. It's rare to meet someone as
genuine and down-to-earth as he was. I'm in a state
of shock and disbelief over this news. I'm really
going to miss him.
As
the parents of one of Jay's close friends, Mike, we
are shocked and so hurt by his sudden death.May God
be with you in this painful time.He was a gentle, and
kind person, and a good friend to Mike.Mike and Jay
have been friends since High school, and Mike will
miss him greatly

the genuine person that he was. His good heartedness
and vigor for life in everything he has done is forever
etched in my memory. I will truly miss him.
