March 2025

Dear family and friends,

This year is the 16th anniversary of the Jay Shannon Memorial Scholarship at Trumbull High School. Your generous donations have assisted many talented aspiring artists to date. Thanks to your ongoing support, we have been able to increase the scholarship amount awarded as the years progress. We are pleased to announce this year’s scholarship is $1,800! Including this year’s scholarship, $17,800 has been awarded to students pursuing studies in the arts. It is a wonderful tribute to honor our son Jay. Thank you and we are extremely grateful for all the many thoughtful donations you have made throughout these 16 years.

All contributions are deeply appreciated; no gift is too small. Donations of $25.00 or more, will receive a collectable Star Wars Figure from our son Jay’s classic Star Wars collection and all donations are tax deductible.

See at the bottom of this letter for instructions on how to make a donation.

Sincerely,
MaryAnn and Jimmy Salvatore
